For families

Every schedule your family gets. One less thing to type.

School, sports, performing arts, camps, clubs, lessons, and community activities all bring their own schedules. CalDone helps you turn the whole thing into calendar events you can review.

The source can be a real schedule, not a new list to type.

One family, many formats

Your week does not arrive as a neat spreadsheet.

A coach sends a photo. A school posts a PDF. A studio shares a handout. A camp sends a multi-page schedule. Start with the materials you already received and keep the important details with the right activity.

The schedules that fill a family calendar

Different activities. One useful place to start.

Parent and child reviewing school schedule information

School

Days off, early dismissals, events, and other changes to the usual school day.

School calendars can include dozens of dates across several grades. CalDone helps you bring the whole schedule in at once, then choose the events that matter to your family. Select a grade, and shared events that apply to that grade can stay included, too.

Youth sports

More than game day.

Practices, games, tournaments, and team events can quickly fill a family calendar. CalDone finds the events in your schedule and lets you choose what to add. If something is unclear, such as how long several games last, Quick Check can ask once instead of making you answer the same question repeatedly.

Performing arts

Rehearsal through curtain call.

Rehearsals, lessons, call times, and performances in the same reviewable flow.

Camps & activities

Every session has a place.

Your family, your choices

Keep what matters. Review before adding.

Choose whole groups when useful, then include or leave out individual optional events as needed. Add what applies to your family without selecting every event one by one.

One schedule. Everyone has the dates.

Getting the schedule into your own calendar is only half the battle when other parents, grandparents, or caregivers need the same information.

CalDone lets you share a schedule with a link or QR code. They can open it in CalDone, choose the events they need, and add them to their own supported calendar — without entering all those dates themselves.

Review the details

Important decisions stay visible before anything is added.

Make events easy to recognize.

Some families use a separate calendar for each child. Others keep everything together on one family calendar. CalDone works with either approach. In Step 3, if you'd like, you can add a person's name or activity to event titles, choose how those titles appear, and set reminders. Or skip personalization and add the events just as they are.
