Add the schedule
Take a photo, choose up to six photos, select a PDF, or paste your schedule text. CalDone finds the events so you don't have to enter them individually.
CalDone™ · Schedule in. Calendar done.
Turn an entire schedule into events for the calendar you already use.
The everyday problem
Team calendars, school handouts, studio schedules, camp itineraries — they all arrive differently. CalDone™ pulls out the dates and events that matter and gets them ready for the calendar you already use.
Less paper chaos.
More time.
The real value
A schedule already contains the whole story: dates, times, locations, practices, games, rehearsals, closures, and exceptions.
CalDone works from the whole schedule at once, so you don't have to enter every event one by one.
How it works
Add your schedule, choose the events that matter, and select your calendar. Personalize your events if you'd like, then add them. That's it.
Take a photo, choose up to six photos, select a PDF, or paste your schedule text. CalDone finds the events so you don't have to enter them individually.
Choose whole groups, such as a grade or team, or select individual events. When details are unclear, Quick Check asks instead of guessing — and can apply one answer to several events when appropriate.
Add your events directly to your calendar. If you'd like, personalize them first with a person's name, activity, custom event titles, or reminders. Once added, Undo is available.
Review before adding
A fast result only helps if you can trust what happens next.

Why CalDone exists
Family scheduling should not require hours of repetitive calendar entry just because the information arrived on paper, in a PDF, or in a message.
FAQ
CalDone works with the kinds of schedules families already receive — school calendars, team schedules, studio and rehearsal schedules, camp itineraries, and similar multi-event documents.
No. CalDone adds events directly to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar on Android and iPhone, plus Apple Calendar on iPhone. You keep using the calendar you already know.
If something still needs a decision, CalDone asks instead of guessing. When the same question applies in multiple places, one answer can be applied where appropriate.
Yes. Choose entire groups or individual events, check any unclear details, and decide what belongs in your calendar before adding anything.
Your first two schedules are free. Each schedule you submit for processing counts, even if you decide not to add its events to your calendar. Adding a schedule someone shared with you also counts. After that, CalDone costs $14.99 per year, with an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel anytime through your store.
