CalDone, by Wilson Partners, LLC
CalDone has no accounts. What CalDone keeps is tied to a random ID for the copy of CalDone on your phone, not to your name or email address.
The fastest way: in the app
- Open CalDone.
- On Step 1, tap Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete my shared schedules and data, then Delete.
Without the app
Email privacy@caldone.app with your CalDone ID. You'll find it in the app at Step 1 → Privacy & data (it looks like AB12-CD34). Because CalDone doesn't know your name or email address, we can't find your data without that ID. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
From our servers: your shared schedules (their links stop working), any leftover event lists, your usage records, any complimentary access or subscription-status record, your agreement record and your random installation ID.
When you delete in the app, CalDone also clears Recent Imports, saved links and calendar connections from your phone, then starts fresh.
What deletion doesn't do
- It doesn't remove events already in your calendar. Use Undo first, or delete them in your calendar app. After deletion, Undo is no longer possible.
- It doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or in your App Store settings.
- Your phone's free-schedule record stays, so the free limit can't be reset. See "Free schedules and your phone" in our Privacy Policy.
- Uninstalling CalDone by itself doesn't delete what's on our servers.
We may also keep a code's use as a non-identifying count, information the law requires us to keep, and the minimum needed for security, fraud or abuse prevention, or a legal dispute. Server logs expire after 30 days.
